Everything is made in-house and daily by mantecazione, the slow Italian churn that beats in far less air than an ice cream machine and leaves the result dense rather than fluffy. The milk is unhomogenised Jersey from the Estate Dairy; the bases are egg-free and gluten-free, and a good number of the sorbets are vegan.
New Row is a two-minute walk from the Coliseum and the Covent Garden theatres, and the shop stays open late enough to catch the interval crowd.
