Jens Knoop opened the first of these in Rye and built the whole thing on one idea: you pick the chocolate by percentage. The menu runs from a 28 per cent white through the milks into dark at 70, 80 and on to a 100 per cent with nothing added at all, and whichever you choose is melted to order into the milk you ask for. New Row is the pedestrian cut between St Martin's Lane and Garrick Street, which makes this the one to know before a show. There is a seating area downstairs.
