Arts Richmond, the borough's arts charity, runs its literature festival as a run of Wednesday 'in conversation' evenings at St Mary's University's theatre beside Twickenham station. The 2026 speakers are the crime writer Elly Griffiths, the historian Alwyn Turner, the royal biographer Andrew Lownie and the cellist Julian Lloyd Webber; tickets are £15.
