In Tower of London.
At half past nine each night the Chief Yeoman Warder locks the Tower's gates, is challenged by the sentry, and hands over the keys — unchanged for centuries and never once missed. The ceremony runs 21:30 to 22:05.
It is no longer free. Tickets must be pre-booked online, at a suggested £30 with the option to pay anywhere from £10 to £50, and they are released in batches months ahead and go almost at once. Roughly half an hour, outdoors, in whatever the weather is doing.
