Gabeto is a big room in the Stables Market - a workspace and a kitchen by day, a bar by night - and the Latin side of it is run as a proper school rather than a themed night: Tropicana Salsa teach the classes, at every level, and the floor stays open afterwards. Two rooms when it is busy, with Latin urban and house downstairs and salsa and bachata above. It is the easiest place in London to turn up to alone and be dancing within the hour, because half the room arrived to learn.
