The second of the seven and the first laid out in the Gothic Revival style, on a slope that gives it more shape than the flat ones. The Greek Orthodox enclosure near the top holds nineteen historically protected mausolea built for the Anglo-Greek merchant families of the nineteenth century, and is generally reckoned the best of its kind outside Greece. Mrs Beeton and Sir Henry Tate are both buried here.
