The number is Liberty's founding year, 1875, and the restaurant is on the shop's second floor, inside the mock-Tudor building that runs between Carnaby Street and Kingly Street. Joe Holness, who cooked at Da Terra and at Fera, runs the kitchen. The food is modern British and meant to be shared, from breakfast through to dinner.
