This was the original and it still works as a stop more than a destination: a wait, a stool, and a couple of steamed bao, of which the confit pork is the one. Around them the menu runs to xiao chi, the small Taiwanese eating-plates, including a pig blood cake with cured egg, and rice dishes large enough for two.
