Yauatcha does three things at once: Cantonese dim sum, a tea list running past two dozen, and a European patisserie counter, which is an odd combination that has worked since the day it opened. Scallop shui mai, prawn and beancurd cheung fun, venison puffs. It runs all day, so it suits an hour that is neither lunch nor dinner.
