Bibi means grandmother, and Chet Sharma named the restaurant for two of his, Kamal and Ranjana. The evening menu runs to about ten courses and most arrive with the family history attached, which is why the counter is the seat to ask for. It opens on snacks - kala channa, a malai kofta made with Oxford Blue - before the Lahori chicken.
