Merton Abbey Mills was a priory in the twelfth century and a working mill long after that, and is now a run of craft units; Black Radish has twelve seats in one of them, with a chef's table for two at the front. The cooking is precise and well travelled - Orkney scallops with yuzu kosho, XO and finger lime, Silver Hill duck with quince and salsify.
