Smoke and Salt began as a pop-up and then settled. The cooking is seasonal British with pickling and preserving underneath it, served as a tasting menu in two lengths, each of which can be had pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan, so a table does not have to agree about anything. Occasionally the kitchen drops all that and does burger nights.
