An oyster bar on Chapel Market, from a chef who cooked in Jaffa's.
Michelin GuideSeafoodMid-range
Maoz Alonim ran a restaurant in the Jaffa market in Tel Aviv and has set up on a London market street, buying from the stalls outside. The menu is deliberately loose - oysters and a raw bar at one end, pasta made in the kitchen and cuts off the grill at the other - and there is far more wine than the room has space for, much of it by the glass.
