Two people who had cooked at Leroy took the premises over in 2025 and changed very little, down to the records stacked by the front door. What did change is the aim: the duchy in question is Savoy, which ran across what is now south-eastern France and north-western Italy, so a grilled John Dory with mussels sits near spaghetti with sage and pecorino.
