The Big Mamma group opened Gloria in 2019, its first London room after Paris. The kitchen rolls its own pasta and bakes Neapolitan pizza. Two dishes are the ones most tables order: cacio e pepe turned inside a hollowed wheel of parmesan, and a lasagne built in ten layers. A shorter set menu runs at lunch.
