Ixchel was the Mayan goddess of the moon and of weaving, and the kitchen looks to the Yucatan where she was worshipped. Ximena Gayosso Gonzalez runs it, and the menu is built for sharing: tacos from the comal, and a grill doing short rib with adobo and sea bass with pistachio mole. A set lunch is twenty-five pounds from Tuesday to Friday.
