Tom De Keyser has run kitchens for Tom Kerridge for years and runs this one, which shows in the size of the flavours: rolled shoulder of Launceston lamb with ratatouille is the kind of thing to expect. The pudding is a Chelsea bun rebuilt, which is a joke the postcode has earned. Midweek lunch is set and cheap.
