Kricket began in a shipping container in Brixton and now has a Soho dining room. The kitchen works through regional Indian cooking well outside the familiar canon, using British produce and traditional method, and serves it in katoris, the small steel bowls of a thali. The chicken mappas and the grilled squash makhani have stayed on the menu throughout.
