The owners put out a wine magazine and the covers are framed along the walls, which tells you the order of priorities here. The list is what people come for, and the staff will take you somewhere unexpected on it if you let them. The food underneath is classical and largely French - braised turbot in a vin jaune sauce - in a dark room lit by very small candles.
