The Sainsbury Wing reopened and Giorgio Locatelli took the restaurant inside it, which is a long way above what a gallery usually serves. The pasta is made by hand and is the thing to order, particularly the cappellacci stuffed with peas. Downstairs there is a bar doing coffee and maritozzi, the Roman cream buns.
