Pizarro named his tapas bar after his first name and this one after his surname, which is as much of a system as anybody needs. This is the larger room and the one with proper tables: croquetas, boquerones and padron peppers first, then something like presa iberica. The flan comes under a Pedro Ximenez syrup thick enough to stand a spoon in.
