This was the original, long before Pizarro had restaurants across the city, and it has stayed a tapas bar: a counter at the open kitchen, a few high tables, and standing room by default. Acorn-fed jamon iberico is the thing to order first and the chocolate pot last. Nothing is booked, so come early or wait.
