Ploussard is a Jura grape, which tells you where the wine list begins. The room is plain in the bistro manner but done in pale wood that edges towards deco, and the cooking is seasonal French: a duck leg pithivier, white asparagus while it is about. The list is short and somebody has thought hard about every line of it.
