Bill and Cecilia Poon ran a London institution and their daughter Amy has brought the name back, in a warm room beside Somerset House. The wind-dried meats are the family signature and the thing to order; after them, wontons in chilli vinegar, claypot rice, a roast duck salad. There is a pre-theatre menu, and a late list called siu yeh after nine.
