South-west Indian coastal cooking near Buckingham Gate.
One Michelin starIndianFancy
Quilon works the Malabar Coast and the south-west, a different tradition from the northern cooking most Indian restaurants in London draw on: coconut, curry leaf and a great deal of fish. Sriram Aylur's kitchen sends out pepper shrimps, kori gassi and lemon rice against a fish curry, and there is a full vegetarian menu beside the main one.
