Roe seats up to five hundred across several rooms and a terrace that wraps the building above South Dock, and it is run tightly enough that the size never quite shows. The cooking is the Fallow habit applied to British standards: a Cornish pasty made with maitake, market fish under a parsley liquor that is pie and mash by another name.
