Gelato & ice cream
Badiani's Wood Wharf branch, on the water side of the estate where the new streets are. The firm has been making gelato in Florence since 1932 and the flavour to try is Buontalenti, an egg custard gelato named for the Medici court's Bernardo Buontalenti.
