Scully's own background runs through Malaysia, India, China and Australia, and so does the menu, without settling anywhere for very long. The shelves behind the pass are lined with spices, pickles, preserves and oils the kitchen has made itself, and that is where the flavour is coming from. There is a tasting menu and a carte built for sharing.
