Whatever you make of the name, the room is worth the look: Frank Gehry and Damien Hirst on the walls, and a ceiling by Michael Roberts. The cooking is fish handled with Japanese method - maki, nigiri and sashimi, octopus skewers with red yuzu kosho, salmon teriyaki off the robata. A set menu keeps it affordable; the caviar list does not.
