Tendril calls itself mostly vegan, and the menu is led by vegetables without being confined by them: pak choi under a massaman sauce, purple potatoes done in a way the menu files as Chinatown. Texture is what the kitchen works hardest at. The front room takes the light and suits lunch; the back is darker and suits dinner.
