The Clove Club is behind this and the two kitchens buy from the same people, which is most of why a bar menu eats the way this one does. It runs between Spain and France without apologising for either - fried squid with chorizo on one line, brill meuniere on the next - and the things to start on are the fried ones, barbajuan fritters or buttermilk chicken, against a glass of manzanilla.
