A dining room on a residential corner of Notting Hill, run by Brett Graham since 2005 and cooking at three stars since 2024. Much of what arrives has been shot or grown for the kitchen rather than bought in: Graham holds deer-stalking rights and the restaurant works a list of named growers, which is why the menu reads as game and vegetables first and luxury second. It is a set menu, and a short week - dinner from Tuesday, lunch only at the end of it. Children over twelve are welcome in the dining room and there is no dress code.
