Orchestra for the Earth play an hour of Dvořák, Handel, Smetana and Strauss threaded with field recordings of the Thames, in the cast-iron Octagon that Bazalgette's engineers decorated as though it were a chapel. Part of Totally Thames. Doors and museum from 17:00, concert at 19:00; the Great Stink exhibition is open first. Free vintage bus from Abbey Wood station. £20, £12 for children, students and low income, carers free.
