A flat-pack furniture warehouse turned into a fifteen-thousand-capacity club.

IKEA's Tottenham store closed and Broadwick took the shed, opening it in 2023 as four connected halls holding up to fifteen thousand people. Nothing has been prettied up: it is a warehouse with a concrete floor, exposed steel and a sound system, which is what the promoters wanted and what the audience comes for.
It runs as a club and as a live venue, mostly at weekends, and it is a long way out — Meridian Water station is the way in.
