Performance venues

London's stages and concert rooms: the West End houses and the playhouses that make their own shows, the grand halls, the churches with a musical life, the jazz basements, the comedy clubs, the clubs proper, and the rooms above pubs where things start. What is on is listed under each venue, and in What's On.

Park Theatre

Two houses beside Finsbury Park station, built from nothing in 2013.

PlayhousesFringe & pubs

Jez Bond raised the money and built the Park from a derelict office block by the station, opening in 2013: a 200-seat main house and a 90-seat studio, with a café that stays open through the day. It programmes new plays, revivals and transfers, and several of its productions have gone on to the West End.
