A 1937 streamlined-modern house between Leicester Square and Piccadilly, which is rarer in the West End than Edwardian plasterwork.

Phipps built the first one in 1884; Robert Cromie replaced it in 1937 with the building that is there now, which is why it looks like nothing else on the street - flat surfaces, curved corners and no tiers of gilt. It seats about 1,160 and is historically protected.
The Book of Mormon has been in it since 2013 and is the longest run the house has had.
