Legs McNeil co-founded PUNK magazine in 1975 at nineteen, with John Holmstrom and Ged Dunn, and his job was to be the magazine's resident punk. Resident Punk is his memoir of the New York scene that produced the Ramones, Blondie, Television and Talking Heads. Stewart Lee interviews him, and two bands then play music by the artists in the book, mostly CBGB between 1976 and 1982. 18:30, £23 in advance.
