Fifteen floors up on top of Fen Court: wisteria on pergolas, a water channel down the middle, benches round the edge and no roof. It is the one high view in the City you can take on impulse - no slot, no ticket, walk in off the street and go up. The Gherkin is close enough to fill one side; the Shard, Tower Bridge and the river are on the other.
