Running since 1908 and still the biggest of its kind here: show homes built inside the hall, gardens laid out under the roof, food and craft halls, and hundreds of stands selling everything from sofas to steam mops. It is unashamedly commercial, and that is most of the fun — the demonstrations are a spectator sport.
