One afternoon on the terrace at Bentley's, the Swallow Street oyster bar, where shuckers, chefs and oyster farmers compete for the English Oyster Open title, alongside a Best Dressed contest for the country's best dressed oysters. The judging panel runs from Stanley Tucci and Jeremy Lee of Quo Vadis to the president and chief executive of the Shellfish Association of Great Britain. Ticket sign-up is on their site.
