Wakaliwood, as it is usually called, has been making no-budget action cinema in a Kampala suburb since 2005 - helicopters built from scrap, a commentator shouting over the soundtrack, and an audience of millions online. Chisenhale commissions one artist at a time and gives them the whole building. Free, Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 to 18:00.
