Banksy took over the disused road tunnel in 2008 for the Cans Festival and it has been a legal wall ever since: two hundred metres of arch painted and repainted every week, so nothing here is the same twice and the best work is often gone by the time you have heard about it. Bars and a theatre have opened in the side arches, but the tunnel itself is what the crowds come for.
