Rinkoff's

A Jewish bakery from 1911, and the crodough it invented.

Rinkoff have baked challah, beigels and pastries on this patch since 1911. The crodough is theirs — croissant dough fried like a doughnut, layered and filled with custard, salted caramel or chocolate. Salt beef beigels and smoked salmon with cream cheese are the other reason people come.
