SAMBAROOM is the bar at SUSHISAMBA, which takes the top two floors of the Heron Tower and cooks Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian food from one kitchen. The bar is the 39th: a gilded canopy at the door, a mirrored walk in, low light and about forty seats, with a drinks list that runs the same three ways the food does - Tokyo, Rio, Lima - and sushi and small plates alongside. The windows face east over Shoreditch and the Lea Valley rather than down the river. DJs on Friday from 23:30 and Saturday from 22:30, until 03:00.
