Lily Jones bakes in a yard off Ezra Street, a minute from the Columbia Road flower market, and the shop keeps the market's hours rather than a shop's: Saturday and Sunday only. What comes out is closer to sculpture than confectionery - the wedding and custom cakes are the business - but the counter on those two mornings has brownies, cupcakes and whatever the season has suggested.
