Julie Fisher started churning for the Tufnell Park farmers' market in 2011, kept a parlour on Fortess Road for ten years, and moved the whole thing down to King's Cross. Everything is made by hand in small batches on organic milk, free-range eggs and British or fair-trade sugar, and the list rotates through more than a hundred and sixty ice creams and sorbets, so what is in the cabinet depends on the week.

The orange chocolate chip has a Great Taste award and the hazelnut chocolate cluster ice cream cake took gold at the Quality Food awards.
