KERB pick the line-up, which is the thing worth knowing: they were among the first people to organise London street food and they run Seven Dials Market, so the kitchens here are chosen and rotated rather than let to whoever will pay. Chick 'n' Sours and Sireli have been among them. Weirdough works a different shift from the rest - coffee and pastry from eight in the morning, hours before anything else opens - so the room is somewhere to sit long before it is somewhere to eat.
The other half of the building is a farm. Harvest London built the largest commercial indoor vertical farm in the city into the same warehouse; it supplies restaurants across London and it supplies the bars here, so some of what arrives in the glass was grown a few yards away. Free live music most of the week, which makes the evenings busier than a food hall usually is.

Weirdough's coffee counter runs 08:00 to 16:00 every day. The kitchens open at 16:00 Monday to Thursday and at 12:00 Friday to Sunday, and alcohol is served from 12:00.
