The purple triple-decker's night ride through London in the third film crosses Lambeth Bridge, its ironwork painted red to match the Lords' benches as Westminster Bridge's green matches the Commons, and the bus is sucked thin to pass between two buses coming the other way. The pineapples on the obelisks at each end are said to honour John Tradescant, whose garden was nearby, and the Houses of Parliament are the view downriver.
