Inside the Bank's own walls: the history of the currency, a Roman mosaic found on site, forged notes and the thirteen-kilo bar in a case you can reach into. The main room is a reconstruction of Soane's 1793 Bank Stock Office, put back after the Bank he designed was pulled down between the wars.
