A spotlight exhibition across two display pavilions on the changing appetites of a global food city. What it goes after is the food people actually queue for rather than the food that gets written up: Covent Garden market, Brick Lane, the pie and mash shops, and chicken shop culture, with Morley's among the partners alongside fabric, Punchdrunk Enrichment and Hive Curates.
Ruby Tandoh and Jonathan Nunn, who founded Vittles, are the guest editors. The idea is that an outsider sets the theme and the museum builds a season round it, and this is the first of four - tastes, then sounds, plays and wears.
